When showing you home, we will qualify all prospective buyers in advance, carefully follow up on all those who preview your home, and counsel you on all offers in order to negotiate the best possible price for you.

We promise to notify you in advance of any request to show your home, provide you with a written copy of any documents you may sign, and explain all transactions and procedures to you. We will even accompany you to settlement, counseling you through the entire process.
